Start with your destination and fishing method
Note your holiday destination and whether you plan to fish from shore, a registered boat or in fresh water. Our coastal licence offer is for shore fishing. Mallorca’s separate boat product has its own order page; a coastal order does not automatically become a boat application.
For a touring holiday, make a short list of coastal stretches. Check protected areas, harbour and beach rules, and the permitted method at each one. Your licence does not replace those local checks. If unsure about the right product, describe your location and planned fishing method through our contact form before ordering.
Details to prepare for each person
Each person needs first and last name, date of birth, identity-card or passport number, address including country of residence, and contact details. Copy the spelling from the relevant document. Pay particular attention to transposed digits and similar-looking characters in the document number.
The current person form does not ask for document type, a second surname or additional nationality information. Billing details belong to the person ordering. Each member of a group receives an individual licence, so check every person’s information rather than only the billing address.
Understand the service price and payment timing
The coastal fishing licence costs 59 euros per person on this website, including VAT. The base price increases with the number of people. If you choose an offered express option, its displayed surcharge is added once per order: 10 euros for the working-day option or 15 euros for the weekend option. The final total is shown before you complete the order.
This is the price of our application service offer, not the government fee alone. Pay using a method offered in the final step. Bank-transfer orders wait for confirmed receipt of funds; a transfer confirmation alone is not a completed licence.
From placing your order to receiving the PDF
After ordering, you receive a link to your order. Following full payment and verification of your details, your coastal licence is delivered as a PDF by email within 24 hours on working days. Order before your first fishing day and check your spam folder if the message is missing.
An order confirmation or payment receipt is not the delivered licence. Wait for the actual authority-issued document and check the name, number and stated validity. Save the PDF somewhere on your phone where you can find it while travelling.
Check again when you arrive
Have your licence and suitable identification available. Before fishing, read signs at the actual coastal stretch and information from the responsible authority. Catch quantities, minimum sizes, closed seasons and reporting obligations can depend on species, waters and region.
